I'm Judith Dennis, and I recently completed training as a Personal Trainer (Level 5), and I also hold a Group Fitness Instructor qualification. I'm older than most trainers, and so I want to work with older women or women who haven't exercised regularly for AGES!  If that's you.... read on!

Wednesdays 6pm ((Kilbirnie Park)

Saturday 8am* (Kilbirnie Park, Southern End)

*If wet - Zoom session or Lyall Bay School Hall
